Hello Stamping Friends!!

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today!!

Today I have a quick card featuring the lovely Thanks Layer Die!

Sometimes you need a fun and quick card!  I recently needed a Thank You card!  Although I had a few on had, they were a little more girly and I needed a masculine one!

So I quickly created this card:

For my pattern paper I used a new piece of  Pretty Petals, using the backside for the awesome plaid!!  I die cut the shadow layer from the Thanks Layer Die set from pattern paper first. 

Keeping the shadow layer off to the side.  I then adhered the piece of pattern paper to a darker blue cardstock layer slightly smaller then my card base.  I added some twine and a button and adhered to my card base! 

I then grabbed my shadow layer and die cut the smaller 'thanks' layer from it!  I then adhered it to my card base in the shadow!

I finished off my card by adding a few enamel dots!

Quick and fun!!

Word layer dies are so nice for creating quick cards when you don't have much time!!  Love it!!

Plant a Seed

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today!!

I have a cute Seed Packet to share with you I created! 

This month's challenge theme at D2BA is: Dreaming of Flowers!!  As some of you may know, I absolutely LOVE flowers!!! 

So I thought creating this package was perfect:

Isn't it fun?! 

I started by grabbing a piece of lovely pattern paper from the Summertime Petals Collection!  As that is where I drew my colors from!!
The pretty sentiment is from the Bouquet 4 You stamp set!  When I first read the sentiment, I instantly thought of creating this fun seed package!!

Totally Flamazing!

Hello Stamping Friends!


I have a fun card to share with you using dies from Frantic Stamper!!

My daughter LOVES flamingos!!  So I created this sweet card with her in mind:

I used the Palm Tree Edger (10457) to create my beach theme!

I added in the adorable Flo the Flamingo (10453)!!

And finished off the card by stamping a sentiment from the Flamingo Sentiments (CL-105) stamp set on a die cut speech bubble, from the Long Speech Bubbles (10462) die set, but I trimmed the bubble to make it into a long oval bubble.

I like this fun sentiment!!

Lovely Day Tag

Hello Stamping Friends!


I have a cute tag to share with you using fun dies from Frantic Stamper!!


I used the beautiful Nested Tags #2 to create my tag!

I then stamped the 'Have a' and 'day' from the beautiful Lovely and Gorgeous Sentiments stamp set!  I am so in love with this beautiful stamp set!

I added the 'lovely' die-cut from the Lovely & Gorgeous die-cut set!

Lastly, I added some Tall Stems and Floral Confetti die-cuts to the tag!

A simple and fun tag!

I found inspiration in the colors and followed the sketch!!

I used the Keepin' It Reel stamp set to create this fun Father's Day card:

I really liked the colors for this challenge, they were perfect for a masculine card!  And with Father's Day coming up, I decided to use the challenge to get a Father's Day card created.  Both my Dad and Father-In-Law love fishing!  So this card will be perfect for either one of them!!

Koala-ty Friend

Hello Stamping Friends!


I have a fun card to share with you using dies from Frantic Stamper!!


I created the fun background with my Distress Inks and the Bamboo Stencil (STN-005)!

I used the Wild Sentiments (CL-100) stamp set for my sweet sentiment.

And finished off the card by adding the cute Kiki the Koala (10447) die cut!!

I can't get enough of the adorable Animal Cuteness Release!!!

Happy Happy Happy Happy Birthday

Hello Stamping Friends!


I have a fun card to share with you using fun dies from Frantic Stamper!!

I absolutely love how my fun masculine shaker birthday card turned out that I am about to share with you....

Isn't it fun?!

I used the Nested Bracket Labels In-Betweens (10182) die set to create my shaker window!  To create the fun sequins/confetti in my shaker I used the Confetti Confetti (10178) die set!!

It's a lot of fun to be able to create your own 'confetti' for inside your shaker cards!!

Above my shaker window, I used the Happy Happy Happy (09222) die cut!  I really like this fun die!  I die cut it twice from black cardstock on top of my window.

I then added a strip of patter paper along with a piece of white card stock, which I stamped the large open 'Birthday' sentiment from the Many Happy Birthday (CL-072) stamp set!  I used my Copics to color in the sentiment!

Super fun!!

Beautiful Layout

Hello Stamping Friends!!

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today!!

I absolutely LOVE the beautiful papers that D2BA has!  Each sheet is just so amazing!!

I was inspired to create a layout for my daughter's album using a bunch of D2BA paper!!

I started by choosing the main two pieces, a piece of Blooms paper for the top left and a piece of Doodles - Summer Pink for the bottom right!

One thing I really like about the paper, is that each sheet has a strip along the top of coordinating style and color to the paper series!  These strips are so fun to use!  I cut three different strips, which I used diagonally in the center.

I used the largest die from the Nesting Rectangle Fancy Frames to die cute a frame from Doodles - Slate and Doodles - Margarita Lime, which I then layered them on top of each other, cut them in half and added to each side of my photo!

At first I was going to stamp some lovely floral images from D2BA on the Doodles - Summer Pink paper, but decided that really wasn't the look I wanted.  I was having so much fun with all the lovely designer paper, that I decided to fussy cut flowers from the papers to add as embellishments!!

I first stamped the swirls from the Totally Tracy Dotted Swirls stamp set in the bottom right corner.  I then added my fussy cut flowers!!

 The flowers were fussy cut from the Fields of Blooms and Blooms designer paper!!

I also added a few flowers to the top left of my daughter's picture!!

As you can tell, I had a lot of fun with all the beautiful paper!!

I LOVE flowers!!  You can find me wondering in my garden my days just daydreaming and admiring my pretty flowers!!

So I was so super excited to see this fun Flower Border Die!!

Here is the first card I created with it:

I used the new border die to add the flower border to the bottom of my card.  I die cut the flower centers and added a center to each of the flowers.  I also used the separate flower die in the set to add a die cut flower behind my button!

Sweet Elmer

I have a fun card to share with you using dies from Frantic Stamper!!

Today I'm featuring the adorable Elmer the Elephant (10450)!!

Isn't he sweet?!?!

I also used the Savannah Grass Edger (10459) below Elmer! I die cut the edger a few times in green and brown and layered them together!

I used the Long Speech Bubbles (10462) to die cut one of the bubbles and stamped my sentiment from the Elephant Sentiments (CL-099) stamp set!

YNS May Release

Hello Stamping Friends!

 It's release day at Your Next Stamp!!!
I just love release day!

So MANY great new stamp sets and dies being released today!!!
It's honestly very hard for me to choose a favorite this month, as I love everything!!

First up I am featuring the awesome new Totally Narly stamp set and coordinating Totally Narly Die Set!

Along with the fun new Wave Panel Die Set that I decided to use to create a shaker card with!!

Such a fun card!!  I love how it turned out!!

Next up I am showcasing the cute new Freeze stamp set and coordinating Freeze Die Set!!

I just love the fun sentiments in this stamp set!!

I also used the new Rounded Squares with Piercing Marks Die Set to create the layer that I stamped the sentiment on as well as the cop card!

I used the new Seas the Day 6x6 Paper Pad on both cards as well!!

So fun!!
