Birthday Palooza

Great theme!  Especially since I realized going through my cards the other day that I don't have many Birthday cards made ahead!!

I used the super fun Circle Border Die to create the fun edge on both the top and bottom of my white cardstock layer!  I placed a fun piece of pattern paper behind.

The die cut 'Happy' is from the Happy Thoughts stamp and die set!  The stamped 'Birthday wishes.' sentiment is from the Time to Celebrate stamp set!

I finished off the card by adding some die cut stars from the 3 Star Stitched Die Set along with some enamel dots!!

I have a fun card to share with you using dies from Frantic Stamper!!

I used the fun Peacock Feather Panel Edger (10580) to create the fun edge on the right side of my white cardstock layer!  What a fun die!!

For my sentiment I used the Bold Everyday Sentiments (CL-115)!   I really like this stamp set!  So many possibilites!!

Handmade Tags and Towels

Recently my sister asked me to create some more tags for her, to put on some very special gifts!

Here are four of the eight I created:

I used the lovely Made with Love stamp and die set to create the tags!

And now for the special gift:

She tied the tags to all the packages!  Inside was a handmade towel!  My Grandma LOVES baking Zucchini Bread!  So my sister thought it would be cool to have my Grandma write out the recipe and then transfer it to a kitchen towel for all us grandkids and her kids so we will always remember her love of making Zucchini Bread when we are in the kitchen!

Such an awesome gift!!

Hello Stamping Friends!


I have a fun card to share with you using dies from Frantic Stamper!!

I really like this 'love' inspired card!!  

I used the awesome Cascading Hearts (10553) to create the border on each side!  I absolutely LOVE this beautiful die!!  I die cut a portion of it with my darker glittery blue paper as well so I could of the hearts to add as accents near the top right.

I used the Simple Scalloped Edgers (10463) to create the scallop edges from the pink pattern paper.  For my center white cardstock, I embossed with one of my favorite heart embossing folders!! 

Do you think I could have gotten any more hearts on this card??!!

For my sentiment I used the lovely Giant Layered Love (10557)!

MCT 87th Edition New Release

Welcome to  the 87th Edition New Release from My Creative Time!!

What a fun week it has been sneak peeking all the lovely new products!

I absolutely LOVE everything in this release!

Today I am showcasing a project using the LOVE Block Die and the dies from the new You + Me set!

I used the dies from the You + Me set to create the topper for this sweet little candy package:

I used a pretty heart embossing folder to emboss the white heart.  After putting the package together, I finished it off my adding the die cut LOVE Block Die!  In which I die cut once from a sparkly black card stock and once from red cardstock!  So that I could put the red heart in the opening of the sentiment!

Pretty Heart Roses

I LOVE flowers!  When I seen these roses in the shape of a heart, the set stole my heart!  LOL.

I love this new stamp set!  It's filled with 9 lovely sentiments!!

I decided to use the 'You + me, forever." sentiment!

I started by first creating the two stripes on my white cardstock using my favorite Distress Oxide Ink color, Pickled Raspberry!

I then stamped the fun sentiment, added the layer to my pink card base and added some enamel hearts!

Shaker Love

Hello Stamping Friends!


I have a fun shaker card to share with you using dies from Frantic Stamper!!

I started by using the Stitched Rounded Squares (10232) to create my largest opening.  I then stamped the 'you' near the bottom right from the Giant Love (CL-118) stamp set!

For the die cut inside I used the awesome Shake Your Love (10554) die set!  I absolutely LOVE this die set!!  So much fun!!

Birthday Fun

Just Cards

I decided to create a fun Pop-Up Box Card!!

I started by grabbing the 3 Star Stitched Dies, as I decided it would be fun to create a Birthday card!  I die cut a bunch of stars!!

It took awhile to decide how to put all the stars!  But am I really happy with the outcome!

I used the Happy Thoughts stamp and die set to create the die cut 'Happy' and stamped 'birthday"!

The 'Hooray, it's your day!" sentiment is from the Time to Celebrate stamp set!  Which I stamped on a die cut banner from the Sentiment Label Dies set!

Snowflake Tags

So with today's theme in mind I decided to grab the awesome Cute Snowflake Gift Tag Die! I know I'm crazy!  I actually laughed at myself as I have been so excited to start on love themed projects and anything other than Christmas!! But when I seen the theme I firstly thought of this die! And thought it would be so cool to start on some tags for this Christmas!!  LOL.

This last Christmas was the first year I managed to create all my own tags!  It was such a great feeling!!  And seeing everyone's reactions, really made it awesome!  So being that it is a goal again, I better get started!!

Here are six tags I quickly made for today's post:

Like I mentioned before I absolutely LOVE the Cute Snowflake Gift Tag Die!

I die cut the tag from shimmery cardstock to give them the background color.  Twice from each color.  I then die cut the two snowflake pieces six times each from a white shimmery cardstock!

I embossed each white shimmery cardstock piece with a pretty swirly embossing folder!

I finished them up by adding a button and twine!

Yay for six Christmas tags being done!!  Happy Dance!

I have a fun card to share with you using dies from Frantic Stamper!!

I used the lovely Scribbled Roses (STN-019) stencil to create part of the background on my card with Distress Oxide Inks.  Such a beautiful stencil!

I used the Giant Layered Hugs (10555) to create the large hugs sentiment!  I really like these large die cut sentiments FS has started to release!!

The 'from me to you' sentiment is part of the Giant Hugs (CL-117) stamp set!  I love this coordinating stamp set!  All the possible sentiments are so fun!!

Hello with D2BA

Hello Stamping Friends!!

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today!!

I am so super excited to share this card with you!

Are you ready?!?!  

As many of you know, I love creating shaker cards!!  When I got the lovely Wacky Box Background Die I just HAD to create a shaker card with it!!

I absolutely LOVE how it turned out!!  It was a total ' Happy Dance' moment!!

I die cut the Wacky Box Background Die from a piece of white cardstock, which I kept for my base and added a piece of acetate behind to create my shaker card window.  I then used the die to die cut from a dark purple and light purple cardstock as well as from a piece of Wild Orchid paper.  I randomly placed pieces back into the background until I liked how it looked!

I then added foam to the back side and added a sequins mix I created!  I then adhered a piece of white cardstock to finish off my shaker portion and added to my dark purple card base. 
I finished off the card by adding the die cut 'hello' sentiment from the Hello Tag Die set. 


Isn't it fun?!  I am so in love with this card!!

I am so super excited about this stamp and die set!  So I admit I have always wanted to get in the habit of decorating the outside of my envelopes when I send cards!  But it rarely ever happens!  (Insert sad face!)  Life is crazy and I am always so excited to get cards in the mail! 

So I was so excited to take a moment to decorate a bunch of envelopes!  So I now have a bunch created in advance!!  Yay!!

Aren't they fun!!  I really enjoyed dressing these envelopes up a little!!

For these two I also grabbed the Santa Stamps set to use the rectangular shaped stamped to create the box where the address to whom I am sending the card to.  I thought it was a nice touch!

I also dressed up the back of them a little:

I used my Distress Oxide Inks to once again ink the flap on the back of the envelope.  I liked the added color!!

I used the Amazing stamp set on the purple envelope to add the stamped flower on the flap!

How fun!!
