I love this new set!!

Here is the first card I created with it:

I LOVE the clean and simple look!!

I used one of the XOXO Border Dies to first create my window from a piece of scrap paper, so I could used some Oxide inks to create the pretty inked center.  I used a retired polka dot stencil from MCT to add the polka dots!!  Added some fun!!

I then stamped the floral image!  The sentiment was stamped on a die cut from the Strip Sentiments Die set!

Birthday Shaker

Hello Sweet Stamping Friends!

I'm joining in the post today on the My Creative Time Blog!

Today's theme is...
Just Cards

I used the theme to create this fun birthday card for my daughter:

I used the fun Zig Zag Background Die to create the fun background!  It makes a fun shaker window!!

I used the yummy Birthday Cake Die to add the die cut birthday cake to the front of the card!!

I finished off the card by adding the white die cut banner from the Sentiment Labels Die set, which I stamped the 'Happy Birthday to you.' sentiment from the Time to Celebrate stamp set!

Stuck on YOU

Hello Stamping Friends!

I have a fun card to share with you using dies from Frantic Stamper!!

I used the fun new Elementals #21 Tri-Panel Card (10752) to create this fun shaker:

I used the Navaio Blanket (STN-039) stencil for the back paper in my shaker windows.  It ass a nice simple touch!

I used the Potted Cacti (10759) dies to add all the fun cacti to the front of the windows!

I used the Stuck On You (CL-144) stamp set for my sentiment!!

I love the fun colors on this card!!  Great for an everyday card or even a Valentine's Day card!

I just LOVE crating Valentine's Day cards!!  Not sure if it's the sweet images, colors or just the feeling of LOVE I get from creating them!

I created this sweet card using the Purrr-fect Friends stamp set:

Isn't it a sweet image?!  I think I'm going to give this one to my son!!

I also really like the Heart Panel Die!  Makes for a nice and quick background!!

Butterfly Hello

Hello Sweet Crafty Friends!

I am so excited to share my first project with you today using Lisa Horton Crafts products!

Tomorrow is the day!! Lisa will be on Create & Craft TV at 1pm UTC sharing her new products!!  They are sooooo amazing!!

I'm a huge sucker for butterflies, so I am very excited about the new EDGEcuts Collection Butterfly Flourish!!

I used the largest butterfly shawox from the set to die cut the window for this shaker card:

I then used the middle sized butterfly die to die cut from a piece of vellum.  I added to the center of the die cut shadow.  I really love the look!!  

I added some new pearls to the butterfly!!

I used the new Mermaid Tails: Lilac Set for the lovely glitter inside my shaker card!  I love the new Mermaid Tails!!!  Yummy!!

The designer paper used is from the new Capri paper set!

The stamped 'Hello' is part of thew new In The Loop stamp set!

Along with all the fun new products, I am also super excited about some fun new stencils coming soon!!!

I was going to get out some paste and created a fun background, but decided I wanted to keep it elegant and not take away from the butterfly, so I thought it would be fun to use the stencil to emboss my paper. These stencils are so thick and create an embossed background so beautifully!!

Here is a look at how to use the stencils to create an embossed background:

I used a Big Shot, so this may slightly be different between machines, I'm not sure.  But don't be afraid to experiment and have fun!!  That is exactly what I did!

Open the main plate to TAB 1 and place in your Big Shot, add a cutting pad, your stencil and then paper:

Then add your crease pad and another cutting pad:

Run it through your Big Shot!  
Use those muscles!! 

So easy and fun!!!

*Note I've learned from another crafter that if you lightly spritz the cardstock with water before running your sandwich through the Big Shot creates deeper embossing.  I did not do this with this piece, as I mentioned before these new stencils are made with really nice thick material and I didn't think I would need to spritz the cardstock.

So nice to have multiple uses for your supplies!  This new stencil I used is called Pennies in a Line!!

Crafty Gnome

Hello Stamping Friends!!

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today!!

I'm so excited to be sharing a card using the lovely new Crafty Gnome stamp set!!!

Isn't she sweet?  I sure think so!  I LOVE the new gnome stamp sets from D2BA!!!

I used the Textures stamp set to create the fun background behind the crafty gnome!!  The images were stamped using these Artzy Inks: Sunset Yellow, Wild Orchid, Paradise, Margarita Lime

I love the fun background with the gnome image!!

Today we are showcasing the NEW... 
Mini Love Letter Dies
and
Mini Valentines

I had some fun with this new die and stamp set!!!!

I used the Fun Size Heart Bow Die and Small Heart Bow Die sets to die cut the cute littler hearts to add inside my little package!!  They will be a nice surprise when opened!

I used the larger envelope in the Mini Love Letters Die set.  I just think these tiny envelopes are soooooo cute!!  For the front I used the smaller stitched rectangle in the die set to add the stamped 'Happy Valentine's Day' sentiment from the Mini Valentines stamp set!

Inside the envelope, I added a little love note!!

I used the larger stitched rectangle from the Mini Love Letters Die set and stamped the 'You make my heart HAPPY!' sentiment from the Mini Valentines stamp set!!

The stamped little heart next to the sentiment is from the Love is in the Air stamp set!

Such a cute little love note!!!!

I can't wait to leave this somewhere for one of my special family members!
