I used the color verison, which inspired the rest of the colors on the layout!

I'll be using him a lot as we are so into racing!  He'll be perfect for cards as well!!

Bookmark with Sweet Stamps Sentiment

Well there is a first time for everything! 

I have never made a bookmark before!  I had sooooooo much fun!  I think I will be doing this again for those readers in my life!  What fun!

This week's challenge at Sweet Stamps, I'm sure you have guessed by now, is BOOKMARKS!

I decided to do a corner bookmark:

For this bookmark I used a new sentiment from the last release "You Are Loved".  I just love this sentiment for something like this.  I have also been obsessed with the new Cherry Lynn Designs "Mini Exotic Butterflies", which is a set of 3, but I only used one on this bookmark.  The are so much fun to use!  They can be gotten through SweetStamps.com along with the teal pearls and Turquoise CI Paints I used.

Simple Stem Thank You from Design 2 Delight

I created this card for a friend, who uses a lot of Thank You cards.  Every Christmas, as part of her gift I give her a ton of Thank You cards, so this another one to add to the collection.

I really like how this turned out....love pink and black!

Here's my creation:

 I used "Dot Butterfly", a fun stamp from Sweet Stamps that I had a lot of fun playing with!  The things you can do with this stamp are endless. I had so many ideas running through my head, I could have made a ton of cards!!  I decided to do a little paper piecing on this card.

I added some Creative Inspirations Paint "Fairy Dust" to some of the parts of this butterfly to add some shimmer!!  I also used Rose Pearls, Silver Rhinestones, and Soft Pink Rhinestones from Sweet Stamps.

Getting Old

So I've been wanting to try this for awhile now and finally took the time to play with the bubble wrap I've been collecting!

I put a little adhesive on my clear stamping block and adhered some bubble wrap.  What a great stamp it creates!!

I used CI Paints "Sky Blue", "Pumpkin" and "Canary"!

My finished card:

What a fun image!  I used a Gus stamp from Bugaboo called "Collect Wrinkles".  Their Gus and Stella line is so funny!  I've gotten a bunch of them to play with!

I was inspired awhile ago by a fellow DT member, Kassi.  She had a tutorial on "Bubble Painting"!

She used bubble wrap to "stamp" on her card.  I've been wanting to do this for some time now, so I thought today would be the perfect time to do it!!

Bling Bling Bling

Good morning!  Hope you are having a great start to the weekend!  I have a fun card to share with you this morning!

I used the adorable "Gardening Kaela" from Designed 2 Delight for this card!  I just love her! When I saw this image I just knew I had to use her and will be using her a lot more in the future.  Being I'm such an avid gardener this digital image is right up my alley. 

I created these flowers with my Cricut.  I used "Walk in My Garden" and then added some bling to them!  I really like how they turned out.

My first easel card I made.  I took a Hero Arts class and we began this card, but I finished it up at home.

Hot Time Summer with Sweet Stamps

Here's my creation:

 What a fun card this was to create.   I've really had a thing for butterflies since working with Sweet Stamps!!  For this card I used "Bold Butterfly Medium" and "Bold Butterfly Small".  I stamped them a few times and then cut them out.  The sentiment is also from Sweet Stamps, called "Wonderful Day", which I think is a fun sentiment!

I used some Creative Inspirations Paint to and some shimmer to the butterflies!  I just LOVE these shimmery paints!  They add the perfect touch of shimmer to anything!!  I used Tutu Pink, Sage, Buttercup, Sky Blue, and Amethyst.
