Here's the card I created:
For this card, I decided to use my favorite birthday sentiment from SweetStamps.com!  It's the Birthday Script stamp; I just love the font!  So elegant and pretty!  I wanted to just use a sentiment stamp as the focal point for this card.

Along with the flowers, pearls and ribbon!
