Here is the card I created:
LOVE the super fun bright colors!!! 

The dots on the two bottom strips are stamped!!  They are from the Dots and Hearts stamp set!!

I just LOVE these sweet flowers from the  Window Play - Outside!!
The sentiment is from that set as well!
