You Are Beautiful with IBS

Good Morning Stamping Friends!!

I am on the Inspired By Stamping Blog today!!

For my card today, I have used the awesome new You Are stamp set, along with two older amazing stamp sets, Polka Dots and Butterflies!!

I absolutely love all these sets!

I started by creating my A2 card base and then stamped some of the Polka Dots on the right of the panel.

This stamp set is so fun to use to create your own patterns.

I then created a side panel smaller than the card base.  I stamped the beautiful butterfly in black ink and determined I was going to leave it as a silhouette, as the polka dots were stamped in fun colors and didn't want them to compete with each other.

 I then stamped my sentiment!  I stamped the "You are" you black and thought it would be fun to stamp the "beautiful" in colored ink to pull in the color from the polka dots!

Here is my finished card:

I think this card turned out super fun!!

Don't be afraid to use your stamps as silhouettes!  I sometimes get caught up and think I always have to color my images in!

But it is so beautiful not colored and letting the polka dots be stamped in colored ink!
