I started by first using the fun Stitched Mini Bag Die to create my cute package:

I then die cut one of the Halloween Fun Tag Dies from orange paper and stamped the 'Toxic Treats just for you.' sentiment from the Halloween Fun stamp/die set!!  I just love this fun sentiment!  Perfect for Halloween!!

The cute die cut bats are also from the Halloween Fun stamp/die set!!
