Here's the card I created with inspiration from the photo:
I used Fancy Labels 4 and Fancy Sentiments for this Birthday card!
I also used some IBS Flowers and some Vintage Crochet Trim!! I just love the trim offered by IBS!! So beautiful!! I entwined some Crinkle Ribbon with the trim and really like the look, especially with the added double bow!!
