Rain Shaker Card

Hello Stamping Friends!!

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today!!

I am beyond excited to share this card with you!!

So recently I had a night where I just couldn't sleep.  Sometimes if I grab my phone and check Instagram or my E-mail I can kind of get myself to doze back off.  Well one night recently that did not happen as I actually made myself more awake and just wanted to craft!  I find an Instagram friend who shared a card using a technique called 'Rain Shaker'!  OMG....it was amazing!!  I had to look into how to make them!!  So I found myself next searching Youtube for a tutorial!  LOL. (Thankfully my hubby can sleep through anything!)  

By the time I found out how to make them, I could not turn of my head!  It was spinning of ideas!  All I could think of was creating one using the lovely April Showers stamp set!!

Here is my card:

I used Distress Oxide Inks to create the blue sky in the background.  I also used some of my Goosebumps to add rain droplets!  I love the texture it gives!!

So much fun!!  I couldn't stop playing with this card when I was done creating it!!

I've never really done a video or even have the right equipment, but I did use my phone to take a video of this card in action, so you could see for yourself why I think it is so fun.
