Baby Card

Good morning!

I have a simple, yet very sweet baby card to share with you this morning!

I just LOVE creating onesie cards!

Anyway, a friend ordered a neutral baby card for a baby shower she has, here is what I made:

I used the More Mini Thoughts set for the sentiment from My Thoughts Exactly!  How SWEET!!

Wedding

So excited, my husband and I have a wedding to go to today! One of my best friends daughter is getting married!

Her wedding colors are lime green, black and white!  I used My Thoughts Exactly stamp set More Mini Thoughts for the sentiment!

Here's another wedding card I created with the same set for a friend who also has a wedding to go to as well.

The wedding colors for that wedding are Navy Blue, Red and Cream!

Daisies

It's been awhile since I have stamped on watercolor paper, so I thought I'd use this fun daisy image from the set "Daisies" by Paper and Such for my card today to use that technique!

I first stamped the image on watercolor paper and then used Deliquesce Fine Black Embossing Powder from Creative Inspirations to emboss it.  I find that embossing really helps to keep the CI Paints in the area you would like.

Next I used my water brush to use the paints to add shimmer to the daisies.  I used Citrus, Mellow Yellow, Canary and Sunshine for the flowers.  Green Olive was used for the stems and leaves. 

As I was painting the image in, I quickly realized how much I missed using this technique!  It's so fun and gives such a beautiful shimmer to the image.
