I love the 'just saw my shadow...six more weeks of red wine!' sentiment!! I just had to create a wine tag with the groundhog image and sentiment!!

I used the Wavy Slimline Framelit Dies set to create the tag! I also used the Oval Scalloped Framelit Dies set and Double Dot Circle Framelit Dies set to create some of the other layers!

The die cut heart is from the Wavy Slimline Border Dies set!

I just LOVE the fun Reindeer Games stamp set!  I honestly can't get enough of this cute reindeer!

I just had to use him on my wine tag I created!!

I thought the lights tangled in his antlers was the perfect touch!  LOL.

YNS 12 Days of Christmas Day 6

Hello Stamping Friends!

We're celebrating the 12 Days of Christmas!!

All the designers have created a post for the 12 Days Of Christmas series!  Let me tell you, it has been amazing to see all the lovely projects!

Today happens to be my day!

Day 6

I'm excited to share two tags with you that I created!

For today's project I grabbed the awesome Drink Tag Die Set!  I love using this tag set to create not only tags for wine bottles, but they are perfect for hand soaps too.  I give a lot of hand soaps out during the holidays and love having this tag set to create tags to jazz them up a bit!!

Here are two I made for my post today:

Aren't they fun?!

I love how they turned out!

The tag set doesn't come with any layers, so I like to create my own!!

I run the die through my Big Shot, cutting the pattern paper on what would be the front side of the tag only, not the top portion with the hole.

After die cutting it, I may trim a little off the top side if needed to get the look I want.  Just depends on how big I want each layer to be.

For the darker purple tag, I die cut a few layers!

Here is a look at just one:

I used the Stitched Rectangle Die Set for my white cardstock layer.  The fourth from smallest rectangle is the perfect fit for this tag!  I added the 'Happy Holidays' die cut sentiment, which is from the Holiday Scribble Tree Die Set!

I then added some Divine Twine and a clustered snowflake embellishment I created!

The smallest snowflake was created by die cutting one specific snowflake I wanted from the Snowflake Panel Die!

It's always fun to get the most out of your products!  This panel die is one of my favorites!!  But it's sometimes fun to just use the beautiful snowflakes from it!!

A look at both the tags on my soap bottles:

Perfect addition to my gifts!!

They would be perfect on Wine Bottles too!!

Pour Me A Glass...

Hello Stamping Friends!!

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today!!

I always like to have a few wine tags created, as I think they dress up a bottle of wine nicely.  You never know when you will be invited to a supper with friends last minute.  And in most cases they always tell me not to bring anything and I hate going empty handed, so if I don't have anything I can make....a bottle of wine is always a good answer!! 

So I created this fun wine tag recently:

I was so excited for the new Cheers Tag Die set!  I just had to use it on a wine tag!!

I also used the lovely Totally Tracy Always Wine Time stamp set for the beautiful wine glass and sentiment!  I stamped the wine glass from the set, colored it with my Copics and then fussy cut it out!

I used some lovely D2BA Pattern Paper for the tag!  I just love the colors together!!

First up I am showcasing the lovely new Cup of Cheer stamp set!

 I'm not a coffee drinker, but am a sucker for Hot Cocoa!!  So I was so super excited to see this new stamp set!!!  My kids are just like me and love hot cocoa, so when I was creating this card my son even got a little chuckle from the set!

I stamped the mug a few times, so I could paper piece it!  Here is a close-up:

 Isn't it adorable?!  I just love all the fun layers!!  I used the coordinating Mug Die to die cut the whipped topping, to add foam dots to, to also add some dimension to the mug!

I also featured a lovely new piece of paper!   I absolutely love the blue and orange plaid design!  It's on the back of the Joyful Bloom paper!  I also used a piece of Bright Pumpkin paper!!

There aren't too many wines that I really like, but I have a select few that I absolutely love!  And occasionally love to have when I craft or sit around with the family around the fireplace playing games!  And LOVE to have with girlfriends or during family functions!

So I was beyond excited to see the new Totally Tracy Always Wine Time stamp set!  So for my first project, I decided to create a wine tag:

 I just love the sentiment!  It's so very true!!

I used some Artzy Doodles paper to create this tag!!  I love the designs and absolutely LOVE that each piece has a strip along the bottom that can be used as well!  

So fun!!

We often forget to step back and relax!  So I was super excited to create a project with relaxation in mind!!

I decided to use the awesome new Flip Flops stamp set!!

I occasionally like to put on a pair of flip flops, grab a glass of wine and walk down to our pond/beach and sit down and enjoy the beautiful view!

So I was inspired to create a wine tag with a relaxation theme:

I stamped the flip flop image multiple times on a piece of Sunset Yellow pattern paper with Wild Orchid ink!!

 I just love the bright fun papers from D2BA!  You can find them all here!

My current favorite colors are Yellow, Purple, Pink and Turquoise!!

The fun "Relax...unwind get in a flip flop state of mind." is from the Flip Flops stamp set as well!

What a fun wine tag!

My plan for this coming weekend is....RELAX!

With wedding season coming up, I thought I would take this chance to create a tag for a wine bottle as well as creating a matching card!!

 Here's a look at the two together:

I love how both the tag and card turned out!!

I used the beautiful new Mr. & Mrs. stamp set!!

I decided to emboss the back panels on both the tag and card as I believe it makes the card very elegant!!

I love this sentiment!!

I embossed the "mr & mrs" in a silver embossing powder!!

The added flowers really finish off both the tag and card!!

New Year Tag with SS

This week's Sweet Stamps Challenge is:

A perfect challenge with New Years in a few days!  Or a great way to get a birthday card made ahead!

I decided to go with a "New Years" theme!  I honestly have never made anything New Years related before!

My aunt called me asking if I could make a pretty wine tag for her as they have a party to go to on New Years!  She loved the one I put on the wine I brought for Christmas!

I used the fun I'm a Winer set for the main image!!

I used the "Happy New Year" part of the Merry Christmas Happy New Year stamp!  I thought that was very clever!!  As I didn't have a Happy New Year stamp!  Thought I would have to make a computer generated one!

Behind the main image I decided to use a Classy Circle Frame!  Usually I would emboss it, but I liked it plain, to match the kraft paper I used to create the tag.

For my project I decided to create a wine bottle tag!
I think wine bottle tags add a nice touch to a bottle of wine!

I decided to use  one of the new Piccolo accents Plain Christmas Tree!  I just love it!  Will need to get some more of them!!

I used Mossy Glen and Copper Kettle for the EP's!

I also used a star from the Tiny Hearts, Flowers, Stars and Flourishes set! A nice addition to the top of the tree!!

Finished the tree off with some rhinestones!

And lastly I used the Merry Christmas Script!

A fun tag for a awesome bottle of wine!! ;)
