OMy...love all the beautiful paper layers. I was wondering where you got the scallop punch or is that a cut-out from a machine. Mine has a hole in it and looking for a small scallop without the little whole. Yours is what I've been looking for. Or do the green jewels cover up the holes? Beautiful card!
