No More Fussy Cutting!

Hello Stamping Friends!

It's my day once again to post on the Honey Bee Scraps Blog!!

So how did you like the recent release from Honey Bee Scraps?! 

Aren’t the new stamp sets AMAZING?! 

I sure think so!

I am showcasing the Sweet As Honey stamp set today!

What I really like about all the sets, is the fact that Melissa offer’s the matching .svg files to purchase as well! They can be found here!

So here’s a look at the stamp set and some supplies I gathered, along with all the svg’s cut out to match the stamp set!

Makes creating layers so much fun!

Oh and so much more easier then fussy cutting around the stamp images/sentiments!  Saves on the eyes!! 

And just a look at them all stamped out with the stamp set:

Aren’t they cool?! The files cut so nicely…

And the stamps, stamp so nice and crisp!

One stamp set, so many different looks!!

Other then the beautiful fun images in all the Honey Bee Scraps stamp sets, I really also LOVE that you can mix and match the sentiments not only within the set, but with all the other stamp sets.

You can use “honey” alone, or create the sentiment “sweet as honey”!

YNS August DT Dare

Hello Stamping Friends!

It's DT Dare day at Your Next Stamp!!

DT Dare is....
"Shake Shake Shake"

I LOVE LOVE LOVE creating shaker cards, so I was SUPER excited to see that this was our DT Dare this month!!!

I used the new Wheelie Fun stamp set for this shaker card:

What a super fun stamp set, so perfect for fun Birthday cards!!

Shake, Shake, Shake......

How fun!
These cards are so much fun to make!!!

Around the striped paper I used the awesome Tiny Stitches - Stitched Line Die!  I unfortunately don't know how to sew, so I can't sew on my cards, which I think is such a fun look!  So I am so glad I can still get the stitching look with dies!!

I also used some Sparkly Purple Gumdrops!

Hello Stamping Friends!

 It's release day at Your Next Stamp!!!

So exciting!

To top it off YNS is celebrating it's 6th Birthday!!!

It's such an AMAZING new release! 
There are 9 NEW stamp sets, 15 NEW die sets AND 2 NEW Sparkly Gumdrop sets!!! 
WOOT! WOOT!

All the new products are so amazing!!  I am in LOVE!!

I was able to work with the new Balloon Buddies stamp set for this first card!!

I used the streamer pieces in the set to create the background.

Stamped the Birthday banner along with adding the string for the balloons!

I put the Happy on a cut banner I made.

As well as adding some of the fun balloons in the set to each side of the sentiment!

I love the fun bright colors I used for this card!!!

There are so many fun images in this one set!!

I love some of the animals in the set as well, can't wait to use them!

Your Next Stamp Preview Day

Hello Stamping Friends!

I am over the moon excited to announce that I have joined the Your Next Stamp family!!!!!  This has always been a dream of mine!  In love with all their products!!!

So with that being said, here is my first project with them as a Design Team member!!

It's Preview Day today!
Tomorrow is Release Day!!!!

There are many fun new sets this month, amazing dies and some pretty new gumdrops!!

I got to play around with the new Coco - Sweet Treats set!!!

 There are a bunch of fun images in the set, along with some sweet sentiments!

I was attracted to the fun gumball machine!  I loved being able to stamp my own gumballs in the machine!  I also really like the sentiment!!

YUMMY!!

The yellow stenciled background really makes the gumball machine stand out!!

I also used some lovely gumdrops!!!

Make a Wish with TSOL

Hello Crafty Friends!!

I have a fun card to share with you today using some awesome products from The Stamps of Life!!


I just LOVE creating shaker cards!!

I used the stars2stamp set for all the stamped stars and the "Make a Wish" sentiment!!

I love all the different stars in the set!

The Happy Birthday sentiment is part of the robots2build stamp set!

I know I have mentioned this before, but I must say it again, I just LOVE the awesome, juicy ink pads from TSOL!!  They come in a variety of colors!!  You can see them all here!

Most of the stars and birthday sentiment were stamped with Artichoke!

I also really like TSOL's paper section!  The cardstock is amazing!  And the patterned paper pads are even more amazing!!

The green and white polka dot piece of paper is in the Hello Friend Collection!

And my card base was created using some Artichoke Cardstock!

You are Loved Shaker with Honey Bee Scraps

Hello Stamping Friends!

It's my day once again to post on the Honey Bee Scraps Blog!!

With my project today, by request, I am also sharing how I create my fun shaker cards!!

Start by collecting some supplies:

Stamp Set(s) - Beautiful Life

Ink

Paper

Dies of Your Choice

Sequins

Ink

Foam Tape

Clear Acetate

 Start by die cutting a shape on your main piece of paper, this will be the "hole" in which you will see the sequins and design under.

I also enjoy creating frames for my shaker cards, to put on the front of the layer.  So I line up the same size die I used above and one a size larger.

Stamp your the front of your card as you wish, or you can use a patterned piece of paper.

I wanted to use the fun hearts in the new Beautiful Life set!

Aren't they fun?!

I love that you can layer them, if you wish!

Line up your bottom layer, so you are able to stamp a sentiment if you wish.

Add clear acetate to the back side of your stamped layer, so that you cover the die cut "hole" you created.

Add the foam tape to create your shaker!

Then add sequins and combine your two layers!!
