Have you seen the new "Baby Buggy - Heaven Sent" from Designed 2 Delight?
What a fun new set! Perfect for those baby cards!
I used some Creative Inspirations Paint "TuTu Pink" to add shimmer to the buggy and then used glossy accents on top to add some texture. I actually think the glossy accents make the shimmer stand out even more!
What a fun thing to do!
