Silver & Gold with Sweet Stamps

It's time for another Sweet Stamps Challenge!!

This week's challenge is:

Silver & Gold

Make sure to join us on the Sweet Stamps blog, we'd love to see what you create. You have a chance at winning $20 to purchase some "sweet" things of your own!!   There's plenty of great stamps and other things to choose from!  Don't miss your chance at winning.

Here's my creation for this week:
I decided to use the sentiment "May the Peace" as the main focus.  I also used "Holly Branches" on the background.
Close-up pictures:

"May the Peace" sentiment:

The sponged shimmer over the top:
I used Creative Inspirations Paint "Antique Silver" and "Gold" for a lot of the details on this card.

I used Gold on the outside of the frame.

I used Silver embossing powder and then used the Antique Silver CI Paint to add shimmer inside the leaves.

I then used Gold embossing powder on the others with Gold CI Paint.

Make sure to check out all the other lovely creations from the other DT members!

The entire month we are having christmas inspired challenges!  This will surely help get those Christmas cards started, instead of waiting last minute!

Very pretty. I love all things shimmery! I like how you used the die cut to make a sentiment tag. Clever!

Love how you used the Holly Leaves for your background and your use of the paints to color them in. The added coloring on the sentiment is really nice.
