Recently shopping I found some adorable kitchen hand towels that made me think of the I Adore You Kit released earlier this month!!

So I picked two of them up for my mom and sister and decided to create a tag to add to each of them to give them on Valentine's Day!!

My tags:

The are so adorable!!  I love how they turned out!!

I used the Just Tags Die set to create my tag layers!! (I love this tag die set!!!)

For my shaker heart, I used the You Touched My Heart stamp/die.  I love the stitched die hearts in the set and they made the perfect shaker window for me!!  The 'Happy heart day!' sentiment is from the I Adore You Kit!

For the other tag, I used the stencil from the I Adore You Kit to create glittery hearts in the background.  I then stamped the 'Happy Valentine's Day!' sentiment from the set as well.

I finished off the tag by die cutting the double heart die and fussy cut part of it to just have the small heart left!

The tags are such a perfect addition to the towels!

Adds a nice personal touch!!

MCT Anything Goes

With that in mind I thought it would be fun to create a Scrapbook Layout!!

I've had this adorable picture of my daughter that I have been waiting to scrapbook!!  When I got the I Adore You Kit, I thought have the picture instantly!!

Here is my layout:

The stamped sentiments are all from the 'Love' die cut from the I Adore You Kit!

I used the two largest die cut hearts in the set to create my own piece of pattern paper, here's a look before I stamped the sentiments and added it to my layout:

I used the Ribbon End Dies set to create the banner. I then used the awesome 'Love' die cut from the I Adore You Kit!  The die cut heart is also from the kit and I embossed it to add a little interest!!

I once again used the lovely 'Love' 'Love' die cut from the I Adore You Kit to create this corner border:

I originally was going to line the three loves together as I was drawing the idea from my daughter's shirt.  But then ended up liking the way I have it laid out best!  

The scallop border around the top left of my photo was created using the Scalloped Stitched Square Dies set!!  It added a nice touch!!

Such a sweet picture and fun layout!!

MCT January Release Blog Hop

It's the 75th Release at My Creative Time!!

How exciting!!

There are three new die sets being released today!  
I am absolutely in LOVE with each one of them!!

First I am going to showcase the lovely new More Scallop Heart Dies and XOXO Border Dies!!

I created this fun Box Card:

How fun!   I absolutely LOVE how it turned out!!

I used each one of the heart dies from the More Scallop Heart Dies set for the hearts inside the box!  I absolutely LOVE the scallop hearts and that they have a heart in each scallop!! So pretty!!

I used the Chalkboard Valentines stamp/die set for my sentiment and label on the front!  I thought the sentiment was very fitting with all the lovely die cut hearts!!

I love the new XOXO Border Dies set as well!  I just Love the 'xoxoxoxoxoxo..." around the entire rectangle border!  So awesome!  I used the smallest rectangle die in the set for each one of my flaps on my box.  It was the perfect height!!

I decided I wanted a little more on the flaps as there was a little more black showing then I wanted once I die cut the xoxo rectangles in red.  That is when a light bulb went off!! (I LOVE these moments!!!)

I decided to grab my Scalloped Stitched Square Dies and die cut 6 of the edges of the largest die from an off-white piece of cardstock!  I adhered a portion of each of the scallops to each side of my xoxo rectangle die cut and trimmed where needed!  Talk about getting the most out of your dies!!  How cool!!

I finished off the two side flaps by adding the 'xoxo' die cut in the center, which is part of the XOXO Border Dies set!  What a fun card box!!

Next I am showcasing the LOVELY new Cute Heart Tag!!

I love this tag die set! It is a MUST have, in my opinion!!

You can create some simple and cute tags, super fast with this set!!

I created some tags to go on some notepads I am giving my friends for Valentine's Day:

It adds such a nice touch!!

I used the I Adore You Kit for the sentiments on the front of the two above tags!!

Just think of all the fun possibilities!!  I kept these tags pretty simple as just like this I think they are amazing!!  But you could add more hearts, images and embellishments!!

I added a sentiment inside each of them:

So fun and cute!!  I again used the I Adore You Kit for the 'Happy Valentine's Day' sentiment for the inside of the left tag and the You're A Hit Valentine stamp/die set for the right tag, to stamp the 'to:" and "from:"!!

This set makes creating tags so much FUN!!  I could sit and create tags all day!!!

MCT Make it in Minutes

I admit; clean and simple cards can sometimes be hard for me to create!!

So I decided this would be a great challenge for me!  As CAS cards can be absolutely beautiful!  

So I grabbed the lovely I Adore You Kit!!  As I am just smitten with this set!!

I created these two cards within minutes:

I honestly think it took me longer to cut the card stock, pick out my pattern paper and die cut the hearts then it did to put the cards together!!

These heart dies are so much fun to work with!!

The possibilities are endless...

I even stopped myself from adding gemstones, which was very hard!!  But am really happy with how these quick cards turned out!!

I love everything about this cute kit!  I honestly had tons of ideas flying through my head and wasn't sure where to start at first!!  (So be on the look out for more ideas in the next few weeks using this set!!)

My first card I created with it:

I used the Heart stencil in the kit to create the hearts in the background!

I then stamped the 'Love' sentiment so that the swirly end of the heart, which is the 'o', wrapped itself around one of the stenciled hearts!!  I love how it looked!!

I then decided to also stamp the 'When I follow my heart, it leads me to you." sentiment just above the 'Love" so that the y in 'you' fell between the v in 'Love"!

What a fun new kit!!
