I am by far in LOVE with them!!

I really enjoy using the Parchment Craft Technique!

Check out the close-up of the Dot Butterfly!  One of my favorite butterfly stamps from SS!!

I fussy cut a few of the sections of the butterfly, so you could see the underneath paper!

A few of the other sections, I painted using Creative Inspirations Paint!  Love the shimmer!  On the butterfly I used Mint, Turquoise and Lavender!

The SweetCuts Dies I used are the Mini Flower and Fancy Leaf!  I love both of them!!

They cut so nicely!

I also added some CI Paint in Light Purple and Green Olive to these fun die cuts!

With Valentine's Day this week, I decided to create a Valentine's Day card!  

I recently ordered the Heart to Heart Frame, which I just love!

I didn't realize I didn't have a big enough piece of vellum to stamp the entire heart, so I just did the inner heart.  I thought it would be fun to use the Parchment Craft Technique for this card!

I stamped the Valentine's Day Script sentiment in Dutchess Rose and then embossed with Pearl Fine Detail EP!  I love the effect!

My newest publication!!

I just love how this card turned out!!

I just LOVE this Dot Butterfly stamp from SweetStamps.com, there are so many fun things you can do with it. 

I stamped the butterfly twice on vellum and then on two different pieces of patterned paper.  And then fussy cut them all.  On the two vellum pieces I then cut some extra areas inside the butterfly out so that the paper below could show through.

I then finished it by adding some Creative Inspirations Paint in Sunshine and Antique Silver to areas of the butterfly to add some shimmer!!

It is in the Paper Creations Spring 2013 issue on page 44!

This week's Sweet Stamps Challenge is a:

Favorite Technique 

I found it kind of hard to decide what my favorite technique was!  As I like so many different ones!

So I decided to think of what has been my favorite technique seen I began my journey with SweetStamps.com, it then became very clear to me!!

I just love Parchment Crafting!  I was first introduced to this technique when I started on this design team, and love it!

I especially LOVE using some of Sweet Stamps butterflies to parchment craft!

For this card I used the Flowery Butterfly!

I just love how it turned out!  I stamped the butterfly first on one of the sheets of paper from one of my favorite Authentique paper pads Uncommon!  Cut it out, then stamped the butterfly on vellum and embossed with white embossing powder!  I then cut out a few of the sections of the butterfly so you could see the underneath paper even more!

Just love that result!!

I also love this Wonderful Day sentiment from SS!!

Christmas Parchment with SS

This week's Sweet Stamps Challenge is a:

Christmas Parchment

I just love using this technique!!

I just love the papers and colors I used for this card!!

I stamped the snowflake twice on vellum and cut it out.  The second one I cut a little smaller so that I could make it 3D!

I just love this sentiment for winter cards!

Parchment Craft

If you've never tried parchment craft before, you really should!  It's a lot of fun!!  Check out Stacey's video here.

Here is the card I created:

Turned out a little different then I first pictured in my head, but that's okay!  I still am happy with how it turned out!

I just LOVE the Dot Butterfly stamp!!

At first I wasn't going to usedmy CI Paints on the butterfly and just leave it plain, but I love my shimmer!!  So I used Ivory, Sky Blue and Coal to add a ton of shimmer to the butterfly!  I also used my Pearl Pen on the dots of the butterfly!
