Who doesn't like polka dots?!

For my card I decided to use the Spotty Dotty Border for my polka dots!
I thought about using polka dot paper, but I really like this stamp!

I decided to use it like it were washi tape!
Simple, yet so fun!!

I was super excited to be able to use one of Stacey's Stacking Flowers!
