This card features the cute new Stacking Penguins (10727) die set!

Aren't these little penguins cute?!  I sure think so!!

The sentiment is part of the new Tiny Tags Greetings (CL-140) stamp set!

Fun Fold Cards

Hello Stamping Friends!!

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today sharing two cards!!

I am featuring the lovely Fun Card Fold Die!!

The lovely Fun Card Fold Die coordinates so nicely with the beautiful Rectangle Fancy Framelit Die set!  I used the framelit die set to help make some of the layers for both these cards!

The Penguin Fun stamp set was used for the 'Let it Snow!' sentiment!

The die cut snowflakes on both cards are part of our trio of snowflakes die set.

This second card uses the Snowflake Wishes stamp set for the top sentiment!

And the Merry Christmas Die set for the bottom sentiment!

Such fun cards with the Fun Card Fold Die!

And if you haven't already seen there is a new fun fold die!!

It's called Wavy Square Fun Fold Die!  Which coordinates with the Wavy Squares Framelit Die set!!

I can't wait to create a fun fold with that new die!!

Baby It's Cold Outside

Hello Stamping Friends!


I have a fun card to share with you using dies from Frantic Stamper!!

For my card today I am sharing a super adorable shaker card!!

I used the adorable new Pat the Penguin die set!  I added a cute hat to him, from the Plump Snowman Kit!

I used the Baby It's Cold Outside for my sentiment!  And added a few snowflakes from the Bitty Winter Postage die set!

Spinner Card Fun

Hello Stamping Friends!!

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today!!

Today I am going to share how to create a fun spinner card!

I started by coloring in two of the same penguin images from the adorable fun Penguin Fun stamp set!!  Now by all means you can use different images and even color the images differently!!  It so happens I was multitasking at the time at a retreat with some girlfriends and really wasn't thinking and colored them the same!  Which is fine!  But it would have been fun to change them up a little!

But anyway....after coloring them with my Copics I die cut them with the matching Penguin Dies!

So next I created my card base as well as the layers I wanted to use for the front of my card.  I used white cardstock for my card base, a piece of red for my bottom layer and then a piece of beautiful Winter Plaid!

You are then ready to die cut your circle.  You can first run your layers through if you like so you can see where the circle is going to sit, then set the layers on your card base and set the die back inside and lightly trace the inner part of the circle.  Remove and place the circle die only on that half of the card and run it through your die cutting machine again.

But if it isn't too think, which in my case it wasn't, you can run it through all together.

The take a smaller circle from the same die set or another one and die cut it two times.

Lay one face down and add string along the back, then add adhesive or pop-dots.  I decided to used pop-dots!

Then place the other circle on top!  Now you have your spinner portion done!!
Cut your string! Put aside for a few seconds.

Flip your card layers over and add adhesive to the back!  Then your string spinner portion to the back as pictured below:

I try to keep the strings straight and tight.

Now you are ready to add the adorable Penguins and finish up your fun card!!!

Isn't it adorable?!

I also used the circle die that I used to create the layers on my card to die cut a piece of Poinsettia Paper to place behind my spinner piece on the inside of the card!  As the spinner got a little lost being white with a white background.  I think it really pulled the whole card together nicely!!

So in love with this fun card!!

I have NEVER done this before and don't know how to edit videos or anything (so don't laugh!), but I created a quick little video to show the card in action:

I have always wanted to create all my own tags to go on presents, but each year find myself behind and not getting too many made.  So it's my goal this year!  We'll see how it goes!  haha

So with our Anything But a Card challenge at SweetStamps.com, I thought it would be a perfect time to get a start on one!! 

So I created this adorable penguin tag:

I used the adorable new Chillin' Penguin stamp set!  I love the large penguin from this set, he is so sweet!!

I also used the new Snow Much Snowflakes stamp set to stamp the fun snowflakes behind the penguin!

The "Just For You" sentiment it part of the Banner Girl stamp set!

I finished up my card by adding some homemade Enamel Dots!!!

Yep! I said homemade!!  I absolutely LOVE all of the Piccolo 3D Enamel Gels from SS!!  You can see all of the amazing colors here!

For this particular tag I used the 3D Enamel Gel in Turquoise!! 

I'm hoping to one day own all the gels!! :)

Hello Stamping Friends!

It's my day once again to post on the Honey Bee Stamps Blog!!

I started by getting my design together.
I found these two pieces of pattern paper I wanted to use, but thought it would be fun to add some snowflakes to the paper.

The snowflake is from the More Flakey Friends stamp set!

My finished card:

The fun sentiment and adorable penguin are also from the More Flakey Friends stamp set!!

I decided to add a cute scarf to this penguin so he wasn't too cold! hehe

The scarf is part of the Flakey Friends stamp set!

I think the added stamped snowflakes and rhinestones really add to this card!!

Cute Penguin with GI

Skating Penguins

Good morning!!  Have some more adorable hand sanitizer gifts to share with you this morning!!

I used the "Sakting Penguin" digital image from Designed 2 Delight!  My mom loves penguins and asked me to create some gifts for the ladies she works with.

I thought this image would be perfect!

I have one more I am creating with this image yet, that I will share as soon as I get done with it.

Adorable Penguin

Here's a fun Christmas card I created for my mom to give one of her co-workers.  They all love penguins, so I'm always on the outlook for penguins. 

I just love this adorable digital image from The Stamping Boutique.

It's called Peek-A-Boo Penguin!  I added a ton of rhinestones to the ornament along with CI Paint Fairy Dust!  So it's a beautiful shimmery ornament!

Waterglobe Penguin

This adorable card was created using some Great Impressions Rubber Stamps.  The snow globe and cute penguin were part of one of their Stamp of the Month Programs from last year.

I added some Creative Inspirations Paint to give the globe a litte shimmer!!
