Beast Teacher Ever

Hello Stamping Friends!!

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today!!

I am once again sharing another teacher gift idea!  This time a Post-It Note Holder!!  Simple, quick and fun!!

I started by first cutting the blue cardstock at 3 1/4" x 8 1/2".  I then scored the cardstock at 1 1/2", 1 7/8", 5" and 5 3/8".

I then used the Square Framelit Die set to die cut the the plaid side of the Paisley Peacock Pattern Paper!

I then added the apple, which I created using the Best Teacher stamp set and coordinating Teacher Die set!

I finished the outside of the Post-It Note holder by then adding the banner with the stamped 'Best Teacher Ever!' sentiment, which is part of the Best Teacher stamp set! I also added a die cut heart from the Pencil Die set!

So fun and easy to create!!


Makes for a nice little gift!

A Teacher...

Hello Stamping Friends!!

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today!!

I'm so super excited to share my project with you today!!

I've been wanting to create a fun Stepper Box Card!  I finally found the opportunity to!!

I used the Treat Tower Dies set from Divinity Designs for the package!!  Makes creating these fun packages so fun and easy!!

With all the kids going back to school this month, it's always nice to have something little for their teacher.  Plus it was perfect timing, since D2BA just released some awesome new teacher stamp sets!!

Here is my Stepper Box Card:

I used the Autumn Oasis Collection for all the beautiful pattern paper!  I just LOVE this new collection!!

I used the Rectangle Fancy Framelit Die Set to die cut the layer that I then stamped the 'A Teacher takes a hand opens a mind & touches a heart' sentiment from the Heart of a Teacher stamp set.

I stamped the stem and leaf from the Best Teacher stamp set and die cut using the coordinating die from the Teacher Die set!  I also die cut the apple from the Teacher Die set!  I layered the apple neart the bottom of my box card!

I really like how it turned out!

I added a die cut heart to each of the sides!  I thought it was a nice touch!   The heart die is part of the Pencil Die set!

How cool is that?!  I LOVE it!!  So much fun to create!!

I again added a die cut apple to the inside, this time I stamped that 'Teaching is a work of heart' sentiment from the Best Teacher stamp set!!

I also added a die cut heart to each of the boxes!

Yummy!!  I added two truffles to each of the boxes!

But just think of all the fun things you could put in the boxes!!

I'll be making more of these!!

I love the large pencil!!  So cute!!

World's Best Teacher

Hello Crafty Friends!!

I have a fun card to share with you today using some awesome products from The Stamps of Life!!

I used two new stamp sets released this month from TSOL for my card today!

The apples2stamp and patterns4apples!!

I also used the coordinating Apple Dies!!

What some great new stamp sets, with Back To School right around the corner, I thought I would create a teacher themed card!

I really like the design of this card!!

Teacher Appreciation Week with YNS

Hello Stamping Friends!

At Your Next Stamp we are celebrating Teacher Appreciate Week!!

Be sure to check out the YNS Blog this entire week for wonderful teacher themed gift ideas!!

I've had this super fun pencil .svg for awhile now, but hadn't used it yet!  So I thought my project for today was very fitting to finally use it!!!

I started by die cutting all my layers.  Before assembling I first used the Dots and Hearts stamp set to stamp the polka dots and hearts on the yellow cardstock!  Gives the pencil a nice design!!

I then added some Yellow Solid Divine Twine around the pencil, so I could add this .svg tag I cut out on my Silhouette. 

I stamped the fun "you are Amazing!" sentiment from the Whatnot Sentiments Set Six stamp set!  A very fitting sentiment for a teacher, I think!!

I finished up the tag by using the Mini Star Ink Splatter to add the stars on the tag!

I love how this package turned out!!  Great for adding a few treats to!

Teacher Appreciation Gifts with GI

With that in mind I decided to create a pillow box with some yummy chocolate inside!!

I used the fun new Happy Day (E842) sentiment.

A great sentiment for cards, but also fun to use for candy packages!!
