Christmas Box

Hello Sweet Stamping Friends!

I'm joining in the post today on the My Creative Time Blog!

Today's theme is...

Favor

We were also asked to use the Present Box Die!

No problem!  I love Miss Emma's dies that help create making fun packages!

I know I am behind on Christmas stuff for this year, so I thought I'd use this opportunity to create a fun and simple package:
I left this package simple, as I wanted the bow to stand out and be the focus!  I also didn't want to take away from the lovely paper!  I really like this sentiment sheet from the Fun Christmas 6x6 Paper Pad!  Don't even need another sentiment, the sheet is enough!!

Published Cards

Hello Stamping Friends!

Today I have three cards to share with you using fun stamps from Your Next Stamp that were published in the December 2018 issue of Making Cards & Papercraft Magazine!!

With all the crazy weather we have been getting, the kids have only been going to school 2 or 3 days a week!  Which has cut down on my crafty time majorly!!  So I haven't gotten these shared yet!

Today is the day!!  LOL!!

I'm so excited to share these cute cards with you.  I just LOVE YNS's adorable stamp sets!! And lovely dies!!

The first two use the adorable Good Glidings stamp and coordinating Good Glidings Die Set!

I used the cute Giraffe on the first one:
I started by first stamping the 'Gliding By With Holiday Cheer' sentiment on a slant in the middle of my card base.  I then used the Thick Rectangle Die Set to create my fun shaker window!!  Once finished I adhered it to my card base on a slant above the sentiment!

I stamped the giraffe image with Black Olive Ink and colored in with my Copics.  I die cut the giraffe out and added to the right side of my frame!

For the next card I used the adorable deer:
I created my card base and then added a piece of brown and green plaid pattern paper from the Mint Cocoa Kisses 6x6 Paper Pad!

I then cut a piece of white paper the size of my card base and cut on an angle on the right side, so once adhered to my card base you'd see the pattern paper.  Before adding to my card base, I stamped the 'Gliding By With Holiday Cheer' sentiment neat the bottom right.  I also used the Double Pierced Hills Die Set, to die cut about 1' up from the bottom left corner, just a portion of the die, so that it looks like a skating mark!! I love the look!!  So fun!

I stamped the deer image with Black Olive Ink and colored in with my Copics. Die cut the deer out with the coordinating die and adhered to my card with pop-dots.  I finished the card off by adding some Gumdrops to the upper right of my card!

For my last card I used the Home for the Holidays stamp and coordinating Home for the Holidays Die Set:
I created my card base from a piece of teal cardstock!  I then used the Stitched Scalloped Rectangles Die Set for my white scalloped cardstock layer, which I adhered directly to my card base.

I used the Stitched Rectangle Die Set to create a teal and white cardstock layers.  I stamped the 'Season's Greetings' sentiment with Black Olive Ink on the white rectangle cardstock layer near the bottom right. I then adhered the two layers together.  Wrapped some Divine Twine near the upper right and adhered to my card base with pop-dots.  I added a button and twine bow as well.

I stamped the sweet birdhouse image with  Black Olive Ink and colored with my Copics.  I die cut the sweet image out and added some Glossy Accents to the snow on the birdhouse and then sprinkled some glitter on it!  I let it dry, shook off the excess glitter and adhered to my card with pop-dots!!

Three super fun holidays card!  I just love how each of them turned out!!

Sympathy

Hello Stamping Friends!

I have a sympathy card to share with you using fun dies from Frantic Stamper!!

As always, sympathy cards are so hard to make!  I really like a lot of the dies Frantic Stamper has to offer, as they really help in making these types of cards a little easier.

I decided to keep the card as clean and simple as possible, so I went with white on white for the most part.

I used the Deepest Sympathy die cut for my sentiment!
I then used the Large Calla Lilies to create the beautiful bouquet of lilies at the bottom of my card!

Mr. & Mrs.

Hello Stamping Friends!

I have a elegant Wedding card to share with you using fun new dies from Frantic Stamper!!

When I seen the beautiful new Heart Rose Die from FS, I thought it would create the perfect elegant Wedding Card!  And since I normally don't have too many Wedding cards made ahead, I thought I would run with the idea!
I ended up using it to create a shaker card!!

What a beautiful die!!  I love roses so I was drawn to this die instantly!
The "mr & mrs" sentiment are from the Mr. & Mrs. stamp set from Dare 2B Artzy!

The hubby and I will be celebrating our 10th Anniversary Friday!!  It's so hard to believe we've been married for 10years already!  And together for 16!  Time sure flies!!

Pretty Heart with D2BA

Hello Stamping Friends!!

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today!!

My card today goes along with our monthly challenge "All You Need Is Love"!  Originally we were going to just have a "Heart" challenge, but there aren't too many D2BA heart stamps, so we wanted to open up the challenge a little more for the designers and followers, so everyone could be as creative as possible and not feel limited to just hearts.

But I am here today to share a little fun idea with you in cases where you would want a heart stamp but don't have one!

Why not create your own looking heart stamp!

So I started by collecting some supplies!
I cut my card base, along with a few layers.I then took a piece of thin printer paper and ran it through my Big Shot, along with a heart die!  I decided to create a heart template!  The start to creating my own heart stamp!!

I then placed my template I just created on my white cardstock layer and added painters tape around the edges to hold the two pieces of paper in place!

Now it's time to have some fun!  Be as creative as you wish!!

For my card today I decided to feature the Love Stackable stamp set!  I decided I wanted the "LOVE" from the "All you need is Love" sentiment to by my main focus! So I used a piece of post-it note to mask part of the sentiment!  Then stamped the "Love" in Pomegranate Ink to my heart!

I decided to keep the sentiment straight, but it would look great at an angle as well!  Continue with any other sentiments you would like!  The remaining sentiments I stamped, I decided to just stamp with TotallyBlack Ink!

Before I took of my template, I decided to use a light pink distress ink around the heart edges, to make it pop off my card layer more!
I think it looks so cool!! The possibilities are endless!

Here is my finished card:
I left it nice and simple!

I decided to quickly have a little fun with another heart template, but this time using the Happiness Blooms stamp set! Check it out:
How cool is that heart?!  I love it!!

So much fun!!

Miracle of Christmas

Hello Stamping Friends!

Today I am on the Inspired By Stamping Blog!!

With winter and cold weather in the air here, I decided to showcase the beautiful Snowflake Wonder stamp set! I am so in love with this beautiful set!

I can't believe the holidays are almost here!  I am really getting excited!!

I still had a few cards to create, so I thought of a fun way to mass produce a few!

I started by using the beautiful Snowflake Wonder stamp set to stamp the "May the miracle of Christmas fill your heart with warmth & love" on each of the cards I was creating.  I then stamped snowflakes on my card base in black ink a few times.
I stamped one of the large snowflakes first to the upper left of my sentiment and then a few of the smaller ones to my liking!

I stamped all the snowflakes in black as I wanted to "spotlight" the larger snowflake with my distress inks.

I used a circle die to die cut a mask on a post-it note.

Then I had some fun with my distress inks!!
So super fun and easy!  Going to add a nice little touch, I think!

Before I added the layers to my card bases, I decided to add some sheer shimmer to make the layer sparkle!!  I absolutely love sparkle!!

I then finished them up by adding the layer to my card base and adding some rhinestones for more sparkle!!
Would be such a awesome design to really mass produce a ton!  In my case I only did 4 for now!

Thanks for stopping by!!

Happy Birthday with HBS

Hello Stamping Friends!

It's my day once again to post on the Honey Bee Stamps Blog!!

Today I am featuring the NEW Happy Everything stamp set!  Releasing next week!!  It's a must have!!

I started by grabbing a few supplies:

I used the ruler to create a light line evenly about 1 3/4" from the bottom of my main layer.
I did this to help me stamp straight!!

I used the small Happy to stamp it multiple times...
The line sure helps to keep yourself straight!  After I was finished stamping all the Happy's, I erased my line!!

Here is my finished card:
I then stamped the lovely Birthday sentiment.

I absolutely love the font used!!

Isn't it fun?!
I sure think so!

Close-up:
I love the bright colors of this card!!

"Bee" sure to check out all the lovely products Honey Bee Stamps has to offer!
