Featuring the NEW '37022 Poppy Trio Watercolor':

My favorite color is yellow, because it is such a bright color!  So I thought it fitting to create my first card with this set with a yellow theme!

So pretty!  The lightly stenciled background adds such a nice soft touch!

Mom Easel Card

Hello Sweet Crafty Friends!

I have a fun easel card to share today using Lisa Horton Crafts products!

This card features the fun NEW Nested Torn Edge Circles:

I used the Nested Torn Edge Circles to create the fun easel card base!

I created the large 'MOM' sentiment using the awesome Large Stitched Alphabet Dies set!  I just love this die set!!  It is so fun to create your own sentiments!!  And I love the stitching on the letters!!

The beautiful Shabby Florals and Large Foliage die sets are from a previous release, but some of my most go to sets.

Behind my 'Mom' letters I used the lovely Padded Quilt Embossing Folder to get that die cut circle some fun texture.  This is currently my absolute favorite embossing folder!!  It's just so pretty!!

I used the 'Happy' dies from the new Layered Words - Happy Stamps & Dies set to create the happy sentiment, which creates my easel.  I stamped the 'Mother's Day' from the set on my patter paper.

So pretty!!  Perfect card for Mother's Day!!

MCT 101st Edition Sneak Peek Day #3

What fun new layered dies!!

When I first seen the tiniest layers in each set layered on top of each other, I thought they created a cute flower!!  So I ran with that idea for my first project with them to create this cute card:

So pretty!!  The scalloped circle's scallops are perfect petals!!

I used the NEW revised 3x3 Trifold Card Die to create the card base.  I used the label from the Pretty Gift Card Holder Die set and stamped the 'Especially For You' sentiment on it from the Especially For You stamp set!

A look when you open the card:

On the inside I used the Springtime Smiles stamp set for the 'For You Mom' sentiment and the Amazing Things stamp set for the 'You Are Awesome.' sentiment!

The stamped flower is from the new Stay Beautiful stamp set!!

Basket for Mom

Hello Stamping Friends!


I have a beautiful card to share with you using dies from Frantic Stamper!!

I used the Stitched Diamond Panel #2 (10602) for my white die cut background, which I placed a piece of yellow pattern paper behind.

I used the Flower Basket (10617) for my basket.  I then placed a few green die cuts of the Bent Blossoming Branch (10584).  After liking how it looked I also used the die to die cut all the tiny flowers!

The sweet little bow is part of the Bow Swag Border (10599), I simply fussy cut the die cut to only have one bow to add to my sweet basket!!

I finished off my card by adding the die cut 'MOM' sentiment, which is part of the Reverse-cut Mom Words (10621)!

I really like how this card turned out!!

Special Mom

Hello Stamping Friends!


I have a fun gift card holder to share with you using dies from Frantic Stamper!!


As I mentioned earlier this month, I absolutely LOVE the new Seed Packet (10399) die set!!  This time I decided to alter it slightly to create a fun gift card holder!!

I started by die cutting the package, trimming off the top and bottom tabs.  And not using the Seed die layer.  I just cut out some layers from cardstock to place on the front of the packet: 

I stamped the 'Special' from the All In the Family (CL-044) stamp set!  I then used the For Mother (10413) die set to die cut the 'Mom' sentiment!

I also added the lovely Beautiful Hydrangea (10408) to the front of my packet!  My mom loves the color blue!!  Which is why I decided to use a lot of blue!!

A look at the inside:

I die cut some of the little hydrangea flowers for the inside and added the 'YOU are' and 'wonderful' from the Lovely & Gorgeous Sentiments (CL-065) stamp set!  I love that stamp set so much!!  So beautiful!!

I used the Gift Card Corner Holder (10301) die set to add the inserts for me to slip in the gift card!!
