When I read the theme I instantly thought of the Hot Cocoa Phoebe stamp set!! As well as the coordinating Hot Cocoa Phoebe Die Set!!

I love this sweet image of Phoebe holding a cup of cocoa!!

Sure to put a smile on someones face!!

After I stamped the 'You Warm My Heart' sentiment from the Hot Cocoa Phoebe stamp set, I colored the tiny hearts with my Copics and then added some Glossy Accents to each to add a little texture!!

I used the awesome Snowflake Panel Die and placed a piece of purple plaid behind from the Summer Plaid 6x6 Paper Pad!  I finished off my card by adding gemstones to a bunch of the snowflakes!
