MCT Gift Card Gift Box Die

I am so in love with this new die!!


Check out this adorable little box it creates:

Perfect to add a Gift Card inside!  Or even a tiny little gift or candies!!

Side view:

I used the Stitched Belly Band Dies to create the band that goes around the box!  I love all the fun layers!!

For my sentiment I used the awesome Happy Thoughts stamp and die set!!

Such a fun new die!!

Baby It's Cold Outside

I have a fun card to share with you using dies from Frantic Stamper!!

For my card today I am sharing a super adorable shaker card!!

I used the adorable new Pat the Penguin die set!  I added a cute hat to him, from the Plump Snowman Kit!

I used the Baby It's Cold Outside for my sentiment!  And added a few snowflakes from the Bitty Winter Postage die set!

YNS October Preview

Hello Stamping Friends!

 It's preview day at Your Next Stamp!!!
Which means tomorrow is release day!!

This time of the month is always so exciting!!

This release is AMAZING!!  I had so much fun creating with it!!

I am featuring the Fleece Navidad stamp set and coordinating die set!!

I love this sweet set!!

Here is my first project using it:

I decided to use the Kup Holder Die to create a fun 3D Package!!

I love the lamb holding the cute little mug, so I thought it would look cute on this little package!!

The sentiment is part of the new Fleece Navidad stamp set!!

The plaid pattern paper is from the new Mint Cocoa Kisses 6x6 Paper Pad!!  I love this new paper pad!!  The gumdrops I added under the sentiment banner are part of the new Bling It On Gumdrops set!

On each end of the package, I die cut and then fussy cut part of the new Circle Link Die to add on the ends, just to give it a nice finishing touch.  

Such a cute little stocking stuffer!!

Every year I say I am going to create all my holiday tags, instead of buying them!  I can honestly say I think this is going to be the year!!! YAY!!!

I absolutely LOVE the tags from My Creative Time!  Especially the Cute Snowflake Gift Tag Die!!

 The die makes creating these tags so fun and simple!!

Snowflakes

Hello Stamping Friends!


I have a fun card to share with you using dies from Frantic Stamper!!

I have two CAS cards to share with you using the Bitty Winter Postage (10530) die set:

For this first one I used the set to die cut the three openings, which I wanted to use to create a shaker card window!  I then used the snowflake postage to die cut a bunch of snowflakes to add to the card!

I love snow!!

For my second card, I again used the set to create my three windows, but this time I added the scalloped postage pieces back into the openings.  Again I was drawn to the snowflake one!

At first I was going to place them all back into the openings using pop-dots, but then decided it would be fun to off set the two end ones just a little to reveal the red behind them slightly.

I really like the look.

Both sentiments are from Your Next Stamp.

I really like these CAS designs!!  The Bitty Winter Postage (10530) die set is perfect for creating some quick and fun cards!!  As we all know it's nice to have some quick holiday cards!!  It's almost here and I am already starting to stress that I'm not going to have enough cards this year!!  I may be using this die a lot more!!!

Shaped Shaker Card

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today!!

Have you had a chance to check out D2BA's awesome new nested dies?

I'm personally in love with each one of them!!  You can find them here!!

I LOVE shaker cards!  So when I first got them I instantly created a shaker card!  I was then asked to share how I created it!!

So I've created another shaped shaker to share my process with you!

I started by grabbing the largest die from the Nesting Rectangle Fancy Frames to create my card base from a piece of white cardstock.  I laid the die slightly over my scored edge.

FUN!!  The start to a fun shaped card!

I also used the die to cut the entire shape from a piece of white cardstock to use for my first layer. This step can be optional.  I like to do this to make the card sturdier and to also make the back of the card look clean as I will be using some double sided pattern paper.  Since we didn't use the entire die to make the base some of the pattern will show on the top, not a big deal, but I like to keep things looking clean.

Here is a photo to show you what it looks like with just the pattern paper:

With my white cardstock first:

Like I said, not a big deal, since it is the back!  Either way is fine!

I then grabbed the largest die again to die cut the shape from a piece of Pitcher This pattern paper, which is part of the Summertime Petals Collection Paper Pack, and a piece of acetate.

I then took the largest die along with the 2nd largest to create a frame:

Now let's have some fun!!

Adhere the piece of acetate to the die cut frame!

I added Glossy Accents around the outside of the frame and then placed the piece of acetate on top.  Allow a little time to dry before moving on.

Here is my frame along with the two foam stripes I tend to use most when creating my shakers:

Carefully place the stripes around the window, making sure they touch so that none of your shaker mix falls out:

Here is a look at the entire window once I had the foam placed all around:

At this point I start to get so excited!!  I love creating shaker mixes!!

But first, if you'd like you can add some baby powder around the inside edges of the foam.  This can help the shaker mix from sticking to the foam.  I still find that sometimes it does, so I don't always do this process.  It doesn't bug me if it does stick the edges of the foam!

Remove the backing from the foam tape!

Time to add your shaker mix, my favorite part!!

I usually grab all the sequins and seed beads I plan to use and then gradually add some of each!!

Fun!!

I cut some banners from my Silhouette, one from a piece of Pretty in Pink pattern paper and another from white cardstock.  I stamped the 'I couldn't have picked a better FRIEND than YOU.' sentiment from the Bouquet 4 You stamp set on the white banner.

I placed the pattern banner on my card first and then the white banner!

 I used the Fresh Picked Die Set to die cut a bouquet of flowers from a piece of Fresh Cut Blooms patter paper! Which I added to my card using foam dots!

So fun and pretty!

Shake Shake Shake!!

Let It Snow

So our challenge this time around was to find inspiration from 'What's Your Sign'! Birth sign, birthstone, special holiday in the month you were born, ect.

Well I decided to find inspiration from my birthstone!
I'm a January baby!
So my birthstone is Garnet!  I've always loved my birthstone!

There usually always is snow in January around here as well, so I created this card with my birthstone and snow in mind:

So pretty!!

I just LOVE snow!!

I started my die cutting the Snowfall Panel Die, which I didn't remove all the tiny circular pieces.  I thought it would look really cool.  I placed a piece of silver glittery paper behind the panel.

I die cut the Snowflake Panel Die from a piece of red glittery paper, and placed a few snowflakes randomly on the snowfall background.

I die cut the 'Let It Snow' letters from the Bold Alpha Die Set from the same red glittery paper for my sentiment!!

Cute Ghosts

Today's theme is...
3D Wednesday

I decided to grab the adorable Ghost Lollipop Holder Die!!  I just love creating cute little packages with it!!

I thought it would be fun to emboss the ghosts this time!!

So I die cut the ghost lollipop holder four times as I didn't know what embossing folder I wanted to use!  LOL!!  I used my four favorite embossing folders!!

 Aren't they cute?!

I also decided to stamp a sentiment on the back of each of them:

I absolutely love the fun sentiments in the Open If You Dare stamp set!!

Adds a nice touch!!

Let It Snow

As always, I had a lot of fun with the release!!

Today I am sharing a card using the super fun Plump Snowman Kit!!

I just love all the different snowman/women you can create with this die set!  Okay I admit, I am a sucker for snowman/women and snowflakes!!

I used the Forest Tree Line behind my snowman!

I also used the new Let It Snow die for my sentiment!  I really like that the snowflake in the Bitty Winter Postage, matches the snowflake on the let it snow sentiment!  So I used the die set to add a few more snowflakes to my cute scene!!

So cute!
