Hello Stamping Friends!

It's that time of the month at Your Next Stamp!!

It's Preview Day today!
Which means tomorrow is Release Day!!!!

So excited to share my projects with you!!  I am so in love with this release, as always!!

Today I am featuring the new Paint Swooshes and Splatters!!  This stamp set has 10, different paint swooshes/splatters!!  I love the endless possibilities and fun you can create with this set!!

I decided to start by using two of the paint swooshes!!  I stamped them in some fun, bright colors!!

As I thought it would then be fun to stamp the Mini Star Ink Splatter in black ink over some of the swooshes!  As well as stamping the large "Happy" and "birthday" from the awesome Happy Everything stamp set!!

I just LOVE this fun card design!!

Feature Day Theme...
Create a Scene

What a fun theme!!

I had a super fun time creating this adorable scene:

I started by first decided to use this super fun cloud designer paper. From the left over piece of paper, I hand cut two clouds, so I could use pop-dots to pop the two up in the sky, to give some more dimension!  I then thought it would match up perfectly with the cute new Just Plane Amazing stamp set!!

I stamped the cute helicopter, colored it with my copics and then die cut it with the matching Just Plane Amazing Die Set!!

Both the "Flying By To Say..." and "HB2U" are from the Just Plane Amazing stamp set as well!  I thought it would be fun for the helicopter to pulling the "HB2U" sentiment, so I stamped the sentiment on a rectangle tag and added stamped the Mini Star Ink Splatter around the edges to give it some interest!!

I finished up the card by add some Gumdrops!!!

Here's some inspiration for you:

Here is a card sketch....

and photo/colors to find inspiration from....

For my card today, I decided to focus on the card sketch, although the colors are pretty cool as well!

My personality when I created this card kept going for bright yellows and oranges!!

See this is the card I created:

I starter by creating the shaker portion of my card.  I used the Stitched Rectangle Die Set  to die cut the rectangle shaker part.  I then stamped the Star Ink Splatter in a combination of yellow and orange ink.

I then thought it would be fun to use the star dies from the Blast Off Die Set  to add the windows where the sequins can be seen! 

The "It's Your day..." and "Have a Fun day" are part of the Wheelie Fun stamp set!!

I die cut the rectangles I used for the "It's Your day..." layers from the Pillow Box Die set!!

I used the Mini Star Ink Splatter stamp to create the tiny stars in the bottom two corners.  Thought it brought the card together really well!!

I finished my card off by adding some Yellow Solid Divine Twine and Give Thanks To Sparkle Gumdrops!!

YNS February Release

Hello Stamping Friends!

 It's release day at Your Next Stamp!!!
I just love release day!

So MANY great new stamp sets and dies being released today!!!

This release has some yummy sweet sets!

I am featuring the Celebrate Sweetness stamp set!

I just love the scale, bag and candies!!!

So many fun images packed in this set!!

I created this card to send to my kiddos this summer.  I occasionally send them cards to my parents cabin when I know we are going to be going there.  There is an awesome candy store that they love going to!  So I thought I'd added a few dollars into this card to go to the candy store and I think they'd get a big kick out of it!!

Such a fun set!!!

Next up, I have a sports related card:

I used the fun new Sports Fanatics One stamp set!

My son is obsessed with sports!  So this stamp set will be used a lot!

He especially loves FOOTBALL!!

So I thought I would create a fun card using the football image first!!

I LOVE the matching sentiment!

So perfect for any boy or even adult football enthusiast!

I also used the Mini Star Ink Splatter under the sentiment!!

And finished the card up with adding some of my own star accents and Love Earth Gumdrops!

The paper is so perfect for this card!!
