Butterfly Wing Background

Hello Sweet Crafty Friends!

I have a fun card to share today using Lisa Horton Crafts products!

My card today features the lovely Wings and Things stamp set!  I absolutely LOVE this set!  The detail on the butterfly wings is so beautiful!

Instead of creating a butterfly with the set, I decided to use one of the wings to create a fun background:

I love how it turned out!  The stamped wings look so pretty on Lisa's paper!! I used a piece of paper from the Capri Paper Pad!!  Such beautiful paper!!

Here is a look at my stamping process:

 I slightly lined up the 'wing' so that it would touch the previously stamped wing.  I like how the design then looks like it is all connected!

It creates such a fun background, in my opinion!!

As I am writing this post I'm thinking, I absolutely love stamping on Lisa's beautiful paper, but image stamping these wings on a piece of white paper and then coloring the wings in with bright colors to create a fun bright and colorful background!

 I used the Just Saying - Be Happy stamp set for my sentiment.  I love the font used on these sentiments!!

The added little die cut butterfly is from the the Butterfly Flourish Die Set!

Another fun use for the wing stamps!

Sweet as Honey

Hello Stamping Friends!!

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today!!

I have a super cute shaker card I'm sharing featuring the cute Honey Bears stamp set!!

I used the Wavy Squares Framelit Die set to create my shaker window and layer on my card base!  Such a fun framelit set!!

I used papers from the beautiful All the Buzz Paper Collection!  I just LOVE all the papers in this newest collection!!

I just love the sweet image of the bear!!  I colored her in using my Copics!  I grabbed my color inspiration for her from the papers.  So sweet!!

Father's Day Tag

Today's theme is...
Masculine Monday

With Father's Day coming up I decided to create a tag to add to my Husband or Dad's Father's Day gift:

I used the Super Tag Dies to create my tag!

I then used the fun ABC Dies to create the die cut 'DAD' letters!!

I finished the tag off my adding the die cut burst from the Super Tag Dies, which I stamped the 'Happy Father's Day!' sentiment on, which is from the Have a Super Day! stamp set!

A nice, simple masculine tag!!

I have a fun card to share with you using dies from Frantic Stamper!!

I used the awesome NEW Star Shaker and Frame (10819) die set to create this double shaker card:

I just love this new die set!!  So fun!!  You get a large and smaller frame, along with a few elements!!

I also used the new Hand-Drawn Stars (10821) to add a few more stars to the design!!

For my sentiment I used both the Reverse-Cut Birthday Words (10806) and Jumbo Mixed Font Happy Birthday (10172)!!

I once again used the lovely You Are Cherished stamp set for the lovely flower and sentiment!  I was going to stamp the floral image in black ink and color in, but then decided it may be fun to stamp the pretty image in colored ink and not color, so I gave it a try!  I really like how it looks!

I used the Tag Frame Dies and Tag Frame Die Layers to create the layers for my tag!!
