I'm sharing a fun birthday card using the new Sea Friends and coordinating Sea Friends Die Set!!

Along with the new Tiny Sliders Die Set which I am so excited about!!  I love making slider cards, but don't often.  So I am so excited to finally have some dies that will help create them easier!!  Yay!!

I also used the new Tiny Waves Die Set to create my waves of water!!

I love how you can make the dolphin jump out of the water and back in!!

So fun!!

Ping the Panda

Snow-One Like You

Hello Stamping Friends!

Today I have a card I created using stamps from the Crafty Doodle Chick shop!!

I'm a sucker for SNOWMEN!!  
So when I seen the super adorable Frozen Fellowship stamp set by Newton's Nook, I just had to get it!!


This is the fun non-traditional Christmas card I created using it:

There are so many fun possibilities with this set!!

I decided to only color a little part of the image with my Copics to make them snowman stand out, to go with the 'There's snow-one else like you!' sentiment!

So many fun ways you could color this image in!  For my first card using the set I'm glad I went with these fun colors!!  So bright and cheery!!

Such a fun set!!  So happy to have another Christmas card made for the year!!  I know you'll hate me saying this...but before you know it, it'll be that time of year once again!!

Dry Embossing with Stencils

Hello Stamping Friends!!

I'm on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog today!!

I'm so super excited to share the fun I have been having with D2BA's new stencils!!  I love each one of them!  You can find them all here!!

For my post today I did a little experimenting to see how I could use these stencils to dry emboss paper!  Yep, NO embossing folder needed!!  Just the fun stencils!!

I'm using a Big Shot, so this may slightly be different between machines, I'm not sure.  But don't be afraid to experiment and have fun!!  That is exactly what I did!

Open the main plate to TAB 1 and place in your Big Shot, add a cutting pad, add your stencil and then paper:

Then add your crease pad and another cutting pad:

Run it through your Big Shot!  
Use those muscles!! 

So easy and fun!!!

How cool and exciting!!

Now for my card using one of the embossed pieces:

I love it!!

I ended up using the one embossed with the Wild Flower Stencil!!  Each one is fun, but this one worked perfect for my image I decided to use!!

The lovely image is from the Bouquet 4 You stamp set!!
I colored the image in with my Copics and then die cut it out using the coordinating die from the Fresh Picked die set!

So elegant and fun!

I had a lot of fun creating this fun card with the kit:

I used the polka dot stencil to create my fun background!!  I love the bright and fun colors I used!!

I stamped the 'May Your Day Be Filled With' sentiment from the set.  As I wanted to die cut the 'sunshine' sentiment!

I die cut the cute sun from some glittery yellow paper!!  I absolutely love how it looks!!  And I die cut the adorable little heart from some glittery pink paper!!


Such a fun card!!

As I said before, sorry to sound like a broken record, but this kit is just so amazing!!  I love it!!

3D Wednesday

With the theme in mind I thought it would be fun to create a 3D Box for Mother's Day, since it is coming up!!

I used the lovely Stitched Square Box Die to create this awesome tiny box!!

So perfect for tiny gifts or candy!!

For my 'Happy Mother's Day!" sentiment I used the Have A Super Day! stamp set!

The flower I added is from the Daisy Frame Die set!!

I used the smallest die from the Scalloped Stitched Square Dies set to add the pattern paper on each side of the box!  Adds a nice touch!

Hope Your Day GLOWS

Hello Stamping Friends!

Today I have a card I created using products from the Crafty Doodle Chick shop!!

I recently got the fun Little Fireflies and coordinating Little Fireflies Lawn Cuts die set!!

I just love when the fireflies are out at night!  It is so much fun to stand in our yard, I feel like I truly am in a magical place!  It's so beautiful!!

Here is the card I created:

I used my Distress Inks to create my background and then added some glimmer mist!  I then stamped my sentiment with black ink.

I was so SUPER excited to get the Glow in the Dark Embossing Powder!!  This stuff is so cool!!  So glad I finally got the chance to use it!!  I stamped the 'Glows' sentiment again with VersaMark ink, so I could emboss with the fun embossing powder!!

I then stamped some of the other accents in the set with VersaMark ink randomly and embossed with the Glow in the Dark Embossing Powder!!

HOW COOL!!

This embossing powder is so cool!!  I love it!!

I honestly would love to emboss everything with this embossing powder!!  It's so neat!  LOL!

Dance in the Rain

Hello Stamping Friends!


I have a cute card to share with you using fun dies from Frantic Stamper!!

They say...April Showers bring May flowers!!  So in my opinion, bring on the RAIN!!!  (Well not too much that my plants drowned!!) I lover flowers!!  The anticipation of seeing how my flowers come up and grow this each year gets me excited!!

Anyway on to my card for today....

I started off by using the Rainy Days (CL-087) stamp set!  I used both the boots in the stamp set to create my fun colorful background!!

I used the Sentiment Labels and Strips (10398) to create my layered label, in which I then stamped the fun sentiment, which is also from the Rainy Days (CL-087) stamp set!

I added the cute umbrella from the Rainy Day Necessities (10390) die set behind my sentiment label!!

I finished off the card by adding a few sequins just above the umbrella to act as rain!!

I also used the beautiful Flower Corner Stencil to emboss my white piece of cardstock behind the floral image!  I colored in my floral image with my colored pencils!!  I recently treated myself to a lovely new set!!
